Thoracic computed tomographic study was determined a mass of tumor, behind of left atrium. The transthoracic echocardiographic examination showed a 35x35 mm paracardiac mass, next to descending aorta, with a hyperechogen center. There was mild pericardial effusion but no tamponad sign. Because of widespeared lymphatic metastasis in thorax, she was treated by esophageal stent and discharged without complication.
